拔染印花對溫度有哪些要求？

拔染印花機烘房的溫度，一般情況下不得高于100°C，以低溫烘干為宜，烘燥溫度過高，為降低加工錫的拔染效果。染底不超過120°C，軋底刮底烘干不要超過100°C，低溫烘干為宜，烘干過程中不宜中途停機。加工錫對網版、設備的腐蝕性較大，正常情況下，生產5000米，務必檢查網版，防止出現砂漏，線條不光潔等。印花機刮刀壓力調節要均勻，要打好接版樣。拔染糊料一般采用白糊精或合成龍膠，脫糊性比海藻酸鈉差，所以使用繩狀式水洗機且要加強還原清洗，使布面清爽、色光純真、花型輪廓分明。
